Always Look on the 7480C Side of Life

A series of visual resources based on a specific color

You’ve seen it: my brand uses a color that’s quite punchy, 7480C. This isn’t something that came up by coincidence, I want to bring a powerful tone that tells a story. All colors can tell stories, but this one is unique.

7480C - 1st Moodboard

When picking colors, this shade of green, #00F08A, really caught my eye. It’s bright, bold, and perfect for digital spaces, where the stuff made by LZ predominantly lives. When it comes to print, finding a match is harder because of its nature, so 7480C was the option: slightly muted but punchy like the RGB version, bringing the same energy and vibrancy to life.

This boldness in both the digital and real world is what I aim to reflect in my designs: freshness, a different way of doing stuff, and dynamism

Some psychology behind green

Green is a powerful color with deep psychological impacts. According to the color psychologist Angela Wright, "Green, especially bright shades, can create a sense of availability and openness.” Eva Heller, who is also a psychologist and color theorist, stated, "Green is the prime color of the world, and that from which its loveliness arises.” Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute, noted that "Green symbolizes the reconnection we seek with nature, one another, and a larger purpose.”

Differentiation in Design Choices:

Uniqueness and eye-catching choices are what can make your brand stand out in the long term.

Thoughtful Solutions:

Every design needs to be well thought out, and the palette represents my approach to precision and vibrancy. Clarity and intention are key.

Positivity and Innovation:

7480C feels alive and full of possibilities, like a blank canvas before each project. It mirrors a positivity and forward-thinking vibe, embracing new ideas and always looking on the 7480C side of life.

How does it work? some moodboards:

I’ve put together a couple moodboards to show you this color working in different contexts. Versatility and impact are the goals.
