Challenge
Recognizing the untapped potential within their platform, the team at 23Degrees sought assistance in enhancing its design from scratch. They trusted me with this task, so together we set out to develop a user-friendly and visually appealing experience. Our mission was to enhance the platform by prioritizing user experience and revitalizing its appeal. We talked several times to overcome obstacles and achieved substantial progress in developing an engaging, user-friendly platform.
Goal
The goal was to improve the product in several aspects, specially:
·Enhancing consistency throughout the user journey.
·Improving style and graphics to create a visually compelling experience.
·Presenting information in an enticing way to capture users' attention effectively.
·Simplifying navigation for a broader perspective and seamless interaction.
·Redesigning the entire platform to ensure a cohesive and refreshed look.
Solution
We implemented the following solutions:
·Created a new visual system and approach to the products, elevating their presentation and appeal.
·Enhanced the user experience with a new UX/UI design, providing more context and building trust through partnerships with reputable brands.
·Preserved the essence of 23Degrees while projecting the brand into the future, striking a balance between familiarity and innovation.
By developing a comprehensive and cohesive solution, we transformed the 23Degrees platform into an inviting and dynamic experience. The revamped design successfully enhanced consistency, captured users' attention, and simplified navigation, contributing to the platform's growth and success.
RESULTS
· Redesigned the majority of the platform and the product line.
· Created over 120 screens.
· Developed over 300 components in Figma.
· Established a seamless flow between their previously disparate services, now integrated.
· Observed an increase in user engagement during tests.
